New Improvements At Cape Coral To Attract Investors And Businesses

It was an interesting night for Cape Coral residents as their leaders, talks about the bright future of municipality. According to the report of news-press.com, the municipality leaders and top entrepreneurs, on Tuesday presented motto, “Catch the Vision: A 2013 Real Estate Look Forward” to rally the masses. Hundreds receive sunglasses as part of the complimentary “Men in Black”-style lenses at Cape Coral First Baptist Church. Moreover, PowerPoint presentations showed the slight upticks in the economy that signaled development at Cape Coral’s commercial and residential real estate sectors.


The said even featured more than 20 recession survivors and new small business owners. Patty Holmes, owner of Tuffy Auto Service Centers, said described how their company fought for their business and how they adapt to the changes of times. They have been in the business for 16 years. According to Holmes,“We’ve really used the Internet more than ever. We’ve gotten ourselves known and used search engines and have had more than one customer come in because they read our positive online reviews.”

Cape Coral is also retooling its image with billboards to attract tourists and potential investors to take a look at what the municipality has to offer. Dana Brunett, the city’s economic development director, described their efforts to improve Cape Coral’s property management, create quality jobs and destination-oriented project that will attract people. In addition to these projects, 328 new building permits will be released in the city for single-family homes and steady improvement in the local housing market. In the past twelve years, the highest count for permits was in 2005 with 7,894.
